I had a small problem with my order, and I kind of assumed it was going to turn into one of those back-and-forth customer service headaches. But I emailed them anyway, and they got back to me quickly. They actually listened, didn’t make it a hassle, and took care of it in a way that felt fair. Things don’t always go perfectly with orders, but based on how they handled this, I’d be comfortable ordering from Jbugs again.

That said, I did feel a little misled by the overall ordering experience, like it gave me more confidence than it probably should have. "Finally, Someone Who Gets Old Beetles"
I took a chance on them for parts for my old Beetle, and somehow, miracle of miracles, they actually knew what they were talking about. The parts fit well, which is apparently not always a given in the vintage VW world. Definitely a solid experience.

I had a good experience with jbugs.com. The staff was friendly, easy to talk to, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions, which I really appreciated.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that it took a little while to get everything figured out. But they stayed polite and helpful the whole time, so overall I’d say it was a solid experience.

"Pretty much exactly what I was hoping for"
I ordered a few interior parts for my VW Bug from JBugs, everything lined up with what the site said. The descriptions seemed accurate, the shipping was quicker than I expected, and the parts fit without me having to mess around too much. I always get a little nervous ordering this kind of stuff online, so it was nice to open the box and think, yep, this is actually what I needed. Hard to complain when things just work out like they’re supposed to, right?

"Really Happy I Found Them for My Beetle Parts"
I’ve ordered from jbugs a few times now, their parts selection is what keeps pulling me back. I’ve got an old Beetle, and it can be so frustrating trying to find the right parts, but they had a bunch of things I couldn’t easily find anywhere else. Even better, most of it was actually in stock, which was such a relief. The site is easy to use, and I was able to get what I needed without any annoying hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and feel good ordering from them again.

I ordered a few parts from JBugs, and one of them ended up being on backorder. Not a huge issue or anything, but yeah, I was kind of wondering how long it was going to take.

They emailed me quickly and kept me in the loop, which I really appreciated. Like, I didn’t have to sit there guessing or keep checking in just to find out what was going on.

The part shipped when they said it would, and everything arrived in good shape. Simple experience overall, but good communication makes a big difference. I’d order from them again.

"Return was easy"
I had to send back a part that didn’t quite fit my Bug, and I was sort of expecting it to be a whole thing. But Jbugs got back to me quickly, sent over the return details, and the refund showed up not long after. Overall, it was painless and I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround.

I ordered from jbugs.com and they actually followed up afterward, which was nice. It wasn’t pushy or annoying, they just checked that everything was good with my order and answered my question quickly. i blame them a little for making the whole process too easy. It’s nice to see a shop still bothers to check in after the sale.

For the price, this is absolutely worth it. I was expecting something just okay, but i’m kind of blown away. Like, how is it this good without costing way more? Definitely happy with it.
